What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments from all major payment platforms including PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and more. For wholesale order we will invoice prior to shipment, and can also accept e-transfers.
Can I order for resale or wholesale?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders. If you would like to place a wholesale order please contact us through the chat in the bottom right of your screen, or on our Contact Page.
Are my payments secure?

Yes, of course! All online payment methods that we offer are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant.
How fast do orders ship?

Orders will typically ship same day if placed before 3pm EST, or next day. We work with multiple carrier services to provide the most competitive shipping times we can.
I paid for express shipping, when can I expect my order?

While shipping times will vary based on your location, express shipping will typically arrive withing 3-5 business days to Canada and the continental United States.
Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, all of our shipping options will include tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel, and we can confirm we are meeting expectations!
